Hello, my name is Jem Carl. Just flew into Southwest Airlines BOS Terminal Had a wonderful flight. All the processes are very speedy and smooth with check-in; helpful-nice staff have been available to assist in every respect. The terminal is clean and not cluttered with litter or trash, which makes it easy to navigate. My favorite was that there were many food options to try, which was perfect for grabbing a quick bite before the trip. Boarding was smooth, and the flight departed on time. Overall, I was well taken care of and would definitely fly with Southwest again.
